L10S ULTRA GEN 2 during washing the floor do not using the cleaning detergent

My dreame L10S ULTRA GEN 2 during washing the floor do not using the cleaning detergent. What can iI do?

Same problem.  It is programmed to mop a few times every week. It uses clean water and creates slightly dirty water. But in an entire year, it has used less than a quarter of that cartridge of cleaning fluid.
