Dreame stops cleaning

My dreame will stop cleaning mid session without reason. How can i fix this?

No. Still stops all the time for no reason

so Support personnel does not even monitor these comments?  This is several days old.   I would expect them to jump in on all these.

They don't even respond when you email their customer support.I will be returning this device

Did your dreame stop, return to the base and refuse to leave the base like mine? If so, you can try unplugging the base from the wall then plugging it back. Mine recovered after this.

Try a factory reset by pushing a tiny button under the front cover. It cleared for now some weird behavior my unit was doing. You will have to set it up again.
