Won’t vacuum carpet

Reading Mode

(X50) I have a high pile rug and the robot won’t touch it. Any help is appreciated. So far it detected it as an obstacle and I told the app it is a carpet. I also manually set area as carpet. I also put a threshold in hopes it will go onto carpet but it won’t. I am struggling
