The robot gets stuck in one spot.

After it finishes cleaning the carpet, it keeps going back and cleaning the same corner over and over. I added the carpet manually in the app. How can I fix this issue?

Mine would finish cleaning and then travel to different rooms for no apparent reason and then would approach the dock to recharge, but then turn away. I had to do a factory reset pressing a tiny button under the top cover of the robot. It seems to be working now but I had to set it all up again.
