Unable to connect

Why I can connect wifi with my devices, I tried so many times, and the wifi is 2.4g instead of 5g.

Manual states that the L40 ultra uses only 2.4ghz wifi, not 5ghz.

I’m facing the same issue. I’ve been trying to connect to 2.4GHZ but nothing. I have a dual band of 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ and I connect it to 2.4GHZ but no luck. I’ve been facing this for the past one month and I can’t seem to connect it to the app. When I try pairing, it stops at “Device connecting to network” and the robot says it has “failed, please try again” .

Turn off the 5g radio. Disable all anti-virus and VPN. Make sure your phone is not connected to a cellular network. That will do it.
