Brand New X50 Ultra – Not Emptying Dustbin or Picking Up Debris

My brand new Dreame X50 Ultra worked properly the very first time I used it, but since then it hasn’t been functioning as expected.

1. The vacuum no longer fully empties the dustbin into the dust bag automatically. I have to remove the debris manually every time.  
2. The suction performance has dropped significantly. It only picks up some pet hair and barely collects anything heavier, like crumbs, even when set to the strongest suction mode.

I’ve already gone through all suggested troubleshooting steps.

Nothing appears stuck or out of place, and the issue still persists.

Having trouble getting mine to charge

We have same model and same issue as above. No longer vaccuums up debris

I have the same issue with having to manually empty the dust bin.

I’m having same problem. Needs manual empty every time.

Mine will not empty debris and will not suck up minor stuff.  Barely works.  It is now a large paperweight.  

This is my second malfunctioning unit.  The first was set to avoid pet accidents but proceeded to smear feces all over my home and rugs.  The unit and my rugs were destroyed.  Tech support did nothing.  

All very disappointing.  I will never buy their products again.  

I replaced my bag but it keeps saying that the dust bag is not there
