L40s ultra afe

I’ve only had this machine for 2 or 3 weeks and the last 4 times of cleaning it gets stuck on my hardwood floor in my hallway. About a 3’x3’ area. It just goes in circles in that area. It is soaking my floor and I have to get a mop to dry the area. I have to end the operation and then it leaves streaks of water about halfway down my hallway.
I enjoy my machine but I can’t handle this.
Anyone else having this issue?

Try turning off collision avoidance. Walls might be too close in that area
