[L40 Ultra] Connection problems

I just got my L 40 Utra robot last week and it worked fine. This week I want to clean my floor using Dreame app but it doesn’t work. There is a message “device is offline “ but my wifi works fine. I turned off and on button it still can’t get connected. There of the buttons are flashing? It’s so frustrated. Please help.
