Device won’t connect to network

I only had my L40s ultra robot for less than a month. It was working perfectly fine until one morning my app said offline. I tried to reconnect my robot but I keeps telling me “unable to connect to network.” I watched many videos about how to fix this problem and tried to reconnect to many other devices. Has this happened to anyone else and how do I fix it?

I have had an L20 ultra for more than a year now and its been working great. Just got my L40 ultra today for my second floor. I hope I don’t have issues. Looking forward to CS helping you.
