I’m seeing nothing but bad reviews customers service is complete garbage seriously about to return this POS that is mopping my carpets!

Is your map showing those carpet areas as something else? You can change that if its not accurate

You will see the map and can select an area to choose the flooring. Make sure yours doesn't have a tile or similar floor type marked for your carpet areas
