Floor soap marks

Seeing soap lines on the floor in many areas after the aqua10 cleans. Any idea how to resolve this?

Did you not have this problem before?

I would start with the settings, make sure the mop cleaning options are selected to eliminate built up residue. The base needs to be cleaned aswell, that can cause build up too.

Go to device and click the 3 dots on the top right, then scroll to dock settings
