Mop pads installation failed

When it comes time to vacuum and install the mop pads it seems to be installing them then suddenly says mop pads failed to install. It then proceeds to tell me I have to install them manually. I already cleaned the area where the pads sit amd made sure everything was even and clean , nit nothing seems to work ?

I’m having the same problem
