Gets stuck when there’s nothing surrounding it

I just set up mine yesterday and it keeps saying it’s stuck to remove objects where there’s literally nothing surrounding it.  This is 1st time I use it and it’s already frustrating.  Had to go check on it and restarting it about 4 times in the 1st use and all of those 4 times there was nothing.  Anybody have this issue ?
