Fluffing Roller error

We just unboxed our aqua 10 ultra yesterday and today is its first day in use and now that it’s mopping it continuously has a fluffing roller error. I have taken it out several times and reinstalled it and the mop will run for another 2-3 minutes and then stop again. Any resolution for this?

Same exact issue with mine, i just got mine as well. I am waiting for dreame customer service response . If you find a solution please let me know
