Roller won’t stay wet

Hello!

I’m having issues with the roller staying wet while mopping. I turn it on, wait 30 seconds, and then start cleaning.

It will be wet  for about 2 or 3 minutes and then the roller doesn’t mop anymore. It’s still spinning, but there is no water on the roller to clean the floor.

I have checked the water tank, and there are no issues. It’s correctly in place.

Any help is appreciated!
