[L40 Ultra] Going offline

I’ve done every troubleshoot I can find to help and it’ll work for the day then go back offline the next day . I had to connect the WiFi through a hotspot on my phone and then add my home WiFi on the WiFi list . That’s the only way I was able to connect the robot . I have 2 seperate WiFi’s too and both signals are really strong . I’m not sure why it keeps going offline

I have the same problem with my L50 Ultra. It was suggested to delete and reinstall the device in the app. Now I can’t get it to reinstall…

After THREE calls and supposed support with emails still haven’t resolved issues! Cannot get anyone in the United States, only offshore, and those individuals are difficult to understand due to their accent and the connection is poor to offshore call center. Terrible!

My L40 ultra was working fine until I tried to add another device (iPad mini). Now I have a message that the battery is dead, which I presume is true since the lights on the vac are red. I cleaned the contacts and repositioned the vac in the base but it still doesn’t seem to be charging. I also got a message that the vac is offline but my WiFi is on. So frustrating.
