L50 Ultra Offline

9 days…. It worked ok for 9 days. It would go offline a few times a day. Randomly clean whenever it wanted but it worked. Now it won’t stay connected at all. WiFi works fine, moved it within 20 feet of the router, still won’t connect. And if it does it immediately goes offline once it leaves the dock. Support has yet to respond to me… basically $100 a day for a boat anchor…. Any advice?

I had that happen with the WiFi. I reinstalled the app twice & reset button on the robot. Utube will show you how to reset

All of a sudden when my robot vacuums it seems it’s not putting the dirt in the bag or dust container.  I find fur all over the house as it drops it everywhere. It seems it’s not picking it up &’putting it in the container. Any advice would be helpful.
