[D9 Max Gen 2] Suction weak not as loud as before

Reading Mode

Ever since sending my robot for repair due to other reasons, it seems that the motor stopped working properly. When the robot would be cleaning it would be much louder now it’s seems it on quiet mode although I have it set to the highest setting. What should i do?
