Why is my L40s ultra not cleaning under my couch

My vacuum issue not cleaning the under the coach or under the cabinet

I noticed this also. Turned on the option for this but literaly is 2" from the wall...

Dear friend, thank you for sharing this, tt is necessary to verify the height of the bottom of the furniture with the customer. If the height is similar to that of the machine, it is normal that the equipment cannot enter for cleaning.
