L50 ultra keeps getting a mop head stuck

Reading Mode

My l50 unlltra keeps getting a mop head stuck in the base and won't reattach.

The software does not even say this only the base reports a red light.

I check and yep mop head not attached in the base. There are no obstruction and reattached works only one to two times before it happens again.

Its very frustrating you want to come home to a clean house not a broke robot...
