Hey, My robot says there's no wifi connection but my wifi is working perfectly, I'm trying to change the connection but I can't find in the app how to do that, how do I change the wifi connection?

I am too!!! What is happening?  I’ve been with customer support for a few days and there is no resolution.  I’m still showing my machine off line … not good 🥹

Same. Showing offline or restarting. I’m not sure what happened   

I had to completely add a new unit. First had to make sure my router was set for 2.5 mhz.
