Ran over dog poop… destroyed the entire home

L40 CE ran op er dog poop and proceeddd to drag it all over my home, kitchen and area rug.  30 days with this device and it’s going back.   Trash.  Sorry dreame your lidar is junk.  

Sounds more like a dog training issue to me. I mean if it’s a small pile, it’s not going to see it. It doesn’t see socks so why would it see poop?

Cleaning robot and pets does not go together.

Same here! My old, much cheaper different brand never did this. I’m waiting for the response from customer service. What a mess! The device is essentially ruined now because there’s no way to clean every nook and cranny of it and is only a couple months old. And very expensive!
