Low power mode

Hi it’s been 4days since I received dreame machine. I always have it by its the charging station. Today I received a low power mode notification, which is strange because I always have the charging station plugged to the wall. I believe it could be a mechanical issue. Please advise. I would hate to return it I love it to much.

It’s now fully charged. Im testing it now by unplugged cord so see how fast it drains. Have you found anyways to resolve concern?
