Just received Christmas vacuum broken switch on dock

The on off switch for the dock was broken when I opened my new vacuum

Contact support and request an exchange.

If you purchased direct, I would contact Customer Service for warranty repair.

If you purchased through a 3rd party or vendor, you may want to see if they can do an exchange.
