Won’t charge

My dreams cannot find the doling station, when I manually put on it will not charge. Only had a few months. Nothing but problems!

I have the same problem with my new L60 ultra FE. I put it back on the base because it finishes in front of the base without charging. It says to check the base. What is there to check? And how? Is there a number that can be called for help? I have had this machine weeks.
