Govac 300

Purchased a govac 300 and I think it not functioning well. I’m really disappointed. Just wanted to troubleshoot here first before returning it to Costco.
The auto clean is not working properly, get everything dirty all over the place. What can it be done to fix this? Or it’s a glitch in this product?
Also it takes forever to find “home”, it keeps going around and around, sometimes it is in the same room as the dock and it goes all around the house. We have to physically put it close to dock again.

How low does the battery get before it tries to home? I found that when my battery gets below the 15% my robot can’t climb the little incline to dock. Also check the filter on the bot, mine got a piece of cardboard from a toy lodged in the suction port and was just leaving a trail of dirt everywhere
