Detergent not used

I have the aqua roller 10
Both mop with detergent and clean washboard with detergent is set to on. The detergent compartment is full but not used in mopping at all
What is wrong?

It only uses a very small amount of detergent and may take several uses for you to see if the detergent is being dispensed. You can shake the dirty water tank and it should foam a little. Is the app light green? If so that means the cartridge has been detected and doesn't really tell you about the detergent. What is happening that makes you think the detergent isn't being added?
