1 Star – Absolute Garbage Company & Zero Customer Support


Buying a Dreame robot vacuum has been one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. I paid $1,000 for a so-called “premium” product from Dreame X40 Robotic Vacuum, and what I received was a dead vacuum in a damaged, already-opened box. The device never powered on. From that moment onward, it was nothing but excuses, delays, scripted apologies, and complete incompetence.
Their support team keeps sending the same copy-paste emails starting with “We are truly sorry” — but they don’t solve a single issue. Weeks go by with no action. The “advanced team” seems to exist only in theory. No ownership, no urgency, no accountability.

Instead of processing a refund, they:
Argued about logistics damage.
Tried to push a replacement I never asked for
Demanded serial numbers repeatedly (even after being told I don’t have them)
Sent multiple emails explaining how to find the serial number instead of actually resolving the problem

At no point did anyone take responsibility for:
A broken seal
A non-functional device
Lost time
Lost opportunity to purchase better deals elsewhere

This company wasted my time, held my money hostage, and treated a paying customer with indifference and disrespect. Their customer service feels almost sadistic — dragging things out while hiding behind scripted language and empty apologies.

I’ve updated my reviews everywhere because people deserve to know the truth.

Do yourself a favor: avoid Dreame.
Plenty of brands sell robot vacuums. Very few treat customers this badly — Dreame manages to excel at it.
Absolute rubbish company. Absolute rubbish product.
