Not performing properly

I have set the maps, the mopping area of the mopping everything and the dang thing won’t work, right. It mops where there’s carpet and doesn’t vacuum anything up.

Mine is doing that too and the Velcro mop attachment keeps getting stuck and falling off. So frustrating
