It’s actually the h15 pro heat but not on here to choose

My machine is brand new and it’s hardly getting the roller wet so I’m washing the floor with only a damp roller. I have checked and cleaned all filters I waited restarted machine etc. the machine had only been used for 10 min the first time and seemed ok until I used today and yes everything was cleaned very well in between. I hope there’s a solution because it’s way too much money to spend on something that doesn’t work properly. Thank you
