L50 Ultra model is not listed

Why is the L50 Ultra model not listed for support?

Super disappointed with the navigation of the L50 Ultra. Had excellent reviews on YouTube on multiple channels, but it struggles with being able to find a clear path even when there are no obstacles in the way. It just sits in one spot for a long time and then tries to go back and around, when the path forward is completely clear. What's the use of a camera and AI? Our older Ecovacs Deebot from 7 years ago had better logic. This app is frustrating. Most likely going to return this "flagship" model.

How often do you replace the vacuum bags in the x50 ultra
