Vaccum not returning to dock and not able to get up the ramp

The vacuum is unable to climb up the ramp extension plate. The extension plate has been installed installed really well and no issues but yet again the robot vacuum have difficulty climbing up the ramp to return to the dock and recharge adding a video. Please let me know how to fix it.

I know it's probably a pain to do but I have found better luck with the docking station being on hard flooring/tile.  You may want to try that.
