Got my Dreame x50 Ultra stolen!

Since my house has 3 floors, I decided to invest in another Dreame robot to help with my third floor so I didn’t need to carry Bobo around (yes, I named my robot vacuum😭) WELL, Bobo’s future sister (white x50 ultra) got stolen right before Christmas! I am sad because this was something I had to justify and save up money for! Now Target is refusing to refund me and the police say I can not do anything about it! It really sucks, so just a gentle reminder hug your Dreame vacuum extra tight tonight.

That’s awful!  Sorry to hear that happened to you!  Amazon would have taken care of you!

Don't you have insurance with the your credit ? I know I have 90 days insurance for stolen, damage, etc.

Wow ! Do u have serial number or so , in order for the to activate they will need it so police can track them down

That’s crazy, these machines are way too expensive for them not to be replaced when stolen!

Many homeowners insurance policies cover the cost of stolen packages. It's worth filing a claim if your robot is more than your deductible. Also if you ordered from Amazon they cover stolen packages. I hope you can recuperate some or all of your money. I am so sorry. Definitely file a police report

Did you file a claim on Targets website under fix an issue? You are still required to file a police report but target does refund or replace stolen items at their discretion. You have video evidence which would coincide with the date & time your package was delivered. I would file a claim with target and if they deny you then I would file a complaint with the delivery service they used such as UPS etc

This is very upsetting you should call target and talk to them about this this is not okay!

Sorry to hear that, but I think you have a case with Target, since you never physically received the item.

Btw,I thought I was the only crazy person with 2 of these.  My black x40(Rover) was my first, but I moved him upstairs(mainly carpet)and bought an x50 (Raja)for main floor LVT and the lots of mopping she does.
