Mop pad keeps popping off

When my robot leaves its home and is exiting the ramp to hit the hard wood floors, the 1 mop keep falling off and stopping the progress.  It is like the magnet isnt strong enough to hold it in place.  I tried replacing the mop on the velcro incase it was too heavy from being wet but the new one falls off too.  It is not every time but the numbers are on the rise.  It pops off 3 out of 4 days now.  90% of the time it falls off at the end of the ramp as it leaves home.  What can I do to fix this issue?

I would reach out to Customer Service for replacement mop plates. This was a known issue on some X30 and X40 models.
