"Mop pads off.." Recurring Issue

My brand new L50 Ultra has, within one week of ownership, started having a recurring issue every time it runs, where it states "Mop pads off.. please reinstall before resuming" or something to that effect. To note, one of the two mop pads seems raised every time it returns to the dock. Also, I can bypass the error by setting it on the floor and resuming. I have cleaned the sensors and the dock thoroughly but it's still happening consistently. Please help.

May be remap tour house, sounds like the robot is getting confused!
