[D10 Plus Gen 2] App Won't Work

When i try to go to My Device I get a notification to agree to the privacy stuff. However, it's grayed out and I can't click the agree button. Any ideas???

I can't say I've personally experienced this issue before. Try clearing the cache by going to Me -> Clear Cache.
