CS wants me to pay $60 for return packaging!

UNACCEPTABLE !  I bought this L40 Ultra robot direct from Dreame.

It malfunctioned right out of the box. The worst part is it would MOP my carpet!
Long story short, through many emails, they said they would replace it.
However! I don't have the box anymore! Who keeps a box for over 30 days? Which is the amount of
time it took them to come to the conclusion of a replacement. This is unacceptable as I called UPS store and they
told me it would cost $60 just for the packing materials. I don't know how this company thinks it's going
to last in the USA with this kind of shotty Customer Service. I've asked to talk to an Executive or a Manager at the
very least and all I get is the same CS people who I believe are working in a Call Center.
Apparently, Hao Yu CEO of this company does not care or know how to keep his customers happy. There's a
saying in billionaire successful business's like Amazon: " The customer is always right". I will post this review
on all American social media to warn Americans how and it what manner this company treats it's customers.
