Not vacuuming

My Dreame is no longer vacuuming.
This happened a few months ago and I sent it in for repair came back working fine but now it stopped vacuuming once again. It’s still mops, but meaning I have to sweep manually. I don’t have money in my budget to replace this device. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Did you check your settings? Clean your vacuum? Perhaps there's a lot of hair stuck in the spindle?
