L40 not returning to base to empty bin when full

My l40 is vacuuming my floor but when the dust bin gets full it does not go back to empty then return. It just keeps going and does not pick up because the bin is full.  

I had the same problem. I changed the areas from all to room. The entered a particular time for each room, one after the other, giving enough time to do each room. When it finishes a room, it goes home and does an auto-empty and recharges. When the next room and time occurs - as you have entered the next time, it will proceed to the next area. I found I don’t need to manually unclog it anymore.
