excessive water

Dirty water won’t pump back to the dirty water tank. I tried manually cleaning, still didn’t work. Can someone help me with this problem please

Does it sound like the pump is running and no dirty water is being siphoned into the dirty water tank? You may need to "prime" the line by using a plastic syringe to start the flow of water. Sometimes happens if a dock sits for long period of time without use.
