Gets stuck vacuuming area over and over

My vacuum gets stuck vacuuming same small area in circles. It happens randomly and will continue to vacuum same area even after charging from low battery.

Clear the app cache. If no luck, try a reset on the robot.

My vacuum doesn’t charge has a difficult time docking and doesn’t respond to the app.
