Enable highest suction

Where on app is the setting to enable the highest suction?  The 13,000 pa rating for the D2 (Govac300) is very misleading!  13,000 pa only works when it is manually enabled.  The setting only works for the current session.  It must be enabled for every session.  Not only that, the setting is difficult to locate on the app.
