Vibrating noise being made while it vacuums

X40 is vibrating while it is vacuuming. It’s only 19 days old. See video attached. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Also I wonder if it has something to do with the side brush?

That is somewhat unusual. To me it almost sounds like either the omniwheel or the actual rubber main brush itself. I would pop the main brush out and see if there is any debris that could be causing the noise.

Does the sound only occur on tile or on your hardwood floors, too?
