Vibrating noise being made while it vacuums

X40 is vibrating while it is vacuuming. It’s only 19 days old. See video attached. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Ok update. It only makes that sound on hardwood floors and tile. But doesn’t on the carpet. And I’m running it standard/regular/factory cleaning settings.

It sounds ok on the carpet. It was just on that tile floor I believe. But I’ll know more once it hits the hardwood floor.

Ok so a quick assessment, It was the first time that I had tried the quick clean on the vacuum mode. And that’s when it started making the noise I believe. So I’m going to run a few more tests.
