X40 vacuum makes vibrating noises.

It only makes the vibrating noises on tile and hardwood floors. But the carpet it doesn’t and is fine. Only have had this for 19 days. With only 11 more days left with warranty I would hate to have a machine that isn’t working properly. Would love to get is a brand new replacement if I’m not able to fix it on my own. I’m just worried that with not may days left I’ll be stuck with it.

Also we just did a maintenance cleaning on this machine today.

Also I would like to add it only makes this noise when it’s vacuuming. It’s totally fine when it’s mopping.
