Same thing happens to be. I find that it’s because the robot’s internet dust container is full and can’t physically hold anything more, so it discards it. The only issue is, it doesn’t seem to understand when it is full, so I have to tell it to go back to the dock. This sort of defeats the whole purpose of the price tag, because it’s supposed to do these things on its own with minimum human intervention.

Have you tried setting the dock auto-empty to high frequency?

Because it doesn’t have a sensor to tell the robot the internal dustbin is full

In another post, a user suggested turning OFF hair compression in the settings. I did that and found that it solved the problem.
