MopPads no longer stay

This is now the 2nd Vaccuum that I’ve had this issue with. It works great until we clean the vacuum (like, the brush is dirty so I clean it, the mop heads get brushed under hot water , etc)

From that point poured, my vacuum will not work properly with the mop heads and will not keep them

Every time the vacuum moves, the mopheads fall off, even though when I put them in place, they are magnetized in place and seem firm

As soon as the vacuum moves on its own, they immediately come off

In which case it makes the vacuum cleaner stop and say mopheads are not in place

Why is it doing this?

Maybe don’t do hot water
