[L10s Ultra] Vacuum motor is not working

Usually there is some sound from the motor when it’s vacuuming tile or carpet. Today I heard it was very noisy and after some time it became really quiet. Why would this happen?
Filter and dust bin are empty.
Is there a way to debug the motor?
