Alexa skill disappeared!!

Today my alexa skill for dreamehome disappeared and all of my routines no longer work with alexa. Please to me this is temporary because I almost exclusively control my x40 with Alexa by voice command. Thanks!

Same with me. I have routines and control my Dreame via Alexa without problems until the Skill Disappeared.

I have been using Alexa (with dreamehome Skill and Routines) successfully for over a year. Yesterday Alexa+ sw was updated and now Alexa says "Dreamehome Skills No Longer Available" when I ask Alexa to ask D10 plus Gen 2 to clean a room. Looks like the new Alexa sw is not compatible with current dreamehome Skill. We need a FIX ASAP

Just got my dreame x40 vacuum today.

Same issue....

I bought this because of seeing people do this. To say Alexa vacuum the bedroom.

Hopefully this gets fixed or it's getting returned 😒

Yes, all previously settings disappeared from app, display has changed as a result. Can no longer operate Dreame as before. May have to redo it all & start over. But why did this happen?

i’ve had so many issues with all of my skills and Alexa. I’ve kind of given up on Alexa.

It was working very well for me, you just need to create routines to translate the long text required by Dreame skill into simple sentences like "clean the kitchen". Anyways, I hope this is a temporary glitch. Starting the Robot via voice command was a great feature.

I just got off support with Amazon and they said Dreame removed the skill off of Amazon so hopefully it will be added back
