Corner brush tangles in thick carpet rug

Twice Dreame D20 Pro Plus tangles in heavy long rug - this time it ripped out the thistles on one brush. I have set a no go zone - will have to expand on this side of rug - great machine otherwise - two of the three brushes twist together with the rug.
Probably cannot be avoided - just want support team to know about. Just unscrew and then un-twist - did not damage the rug. Happy with product.
